It is no different with mineral water. Fewer components are tested here than with the tap water mentioned here. The magazine "Natur" reports that 240 mineral waters were tested in one test. In Germany, around 268 mineral waters are approved.

Of the 240 mineral waters tested, only 12 are suitable for baby food, and 121 were rated as unhealthy. Stage: Up to 97% of the remaining fine pollutants, such as drug residues, bacteria, hormones or viruses, remain here and are flushed directly into the wastewater after each water withdrawal from the filter. The molecular sieve is a million times finer than a pasta sieve. Only the water molecule is allowed to pass through.
Stage: Now minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium and sodium are absorbed. The water is then swirled following nature's example and flows out of the tap with an alkaline value.
Stage: Turbulence (= supply of energy) and generation of a negative redox potential make the water alive like fresh spring water.

Drinking water with a finer structure, free of undesirable substances, has an alkaline pH value of between 8 and 9. Due to its high electron availability (= redox potential <0), it has antioxidant properties and is thus an effective radical scavenger.
